Job summary

JetFuel is seeking an Area Manager to recruit, train, and lead Promotional Specialists for all in-market sampling programs. You will serve as the local client contact for field marketing and drive flawless program execution in partnership with Regional Management.

You will staff promotions across regions, monitor execution, manage budgets, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of adult beverage experience preferred.
• Familiarity with on/off-premise marketing initiatives.
• Prior promotional agency experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have access to a smartphone.
• Ability to lift and transport promotional materials and event assets as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train staff to be knowledgeable about client products and promotions.
• Act as the local point of contact for client field marketing and ensure clear client communication.
• Meet with the client to gather information and stay updated on product knowledge.
• Staff all on-premise, off-premise, and special events.
• Maintain alignment between JetFuel and client objectives.
• Develop positive relationships with JetFuel and client field marketing teams.
• Staff promotions in assigned regions and monitor execution quality.
• Conduct regular spot checks to ensure client standards are met.
