CLAAS FARMPOINT is seeking a Customer Account Manager in the Evansville, Indiana area. You will identify and develop new accounts, retain customers, and grow revenue while coordinating with parts, service, and finance teams.

This role requires extensive travel, a 4-year degree in Agriculture or related field, and 2+ years in large machinery sales or related marketing. CRM experience (Salesforce) and strong communication are essential.

Competenze

• Requires a 4-year degree in Agriculture or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in large machinery sales or marketing with agricultural equipment.
• Solid knowledge about farming business and the economics that drive farmers’ decisions.

Mansioni

• Identify and develop new accounts, retain customers, grow revenue and strengthen relationships within the assigned territory.
• Attain targeted retail and service sales and promote products and customer relations.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and coordinate field demonstrations.
