Job summary

JLL seeks a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee property operations and maintenance across a regional Costa Mesa portfolio. You will collaborate with the Client Facility Manager to deliver exceptional services, manage vendor relations, and monitor KPIs/SLA performance to ensure client satisfaction.

You will lead maintenance work orders, enforce safety and compliance, support ongoing projects, and drive cost efficiency across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years industry experience in corporate, third-party service provider, or consulting.
• General knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical).
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for efficient operations and maintenance of facility systems across a dispersed regional portfolio.
• Maintain client satisfaction by delivering facility services and supporting client programs.
• Ensure contract, corporate and account compliance with vendors; meet KPI/SLA targets and plan corrective actions.
• Partner with Client to oversee portfolio maintenance in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate collaboration within the regional team to drive account success.
• Facilitate work order management for maintenance teams and vendors.
• Enforce company policies and safety training requirements.
• Implement and monitor hazard controls and safety practices per local codes.
• Support the Client in short- and long-term project implementation.
• Support programs and processes to reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual on-site inspections.
