Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to serve as the primary contact for facilities management, supporting the Regional Manager and Account Director. You will lead plant operations teams, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements across facilities.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, vendor oversight, and adherence to company policies while improving KPI performance and operational reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the plant operations team; ensure Maintenance, Financial, CMMS, Safety and Regulatory Compliance programs are performed efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and manage budgeted Operational Facilities spend.
• Track trends and recommend action plans for KPI/SLA below standard performance as directed by MSA.
• Oversee delivery of maintenance, projects and vendor activities; ensure staff are trained in approved practices.
• Create a safe work environment by adhering to safety/infection control policies and proper handling of equipment.
• Ensure building systems and equipment comply with applicable regulatory requirements and standards.
