Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive facilities/operations experience.
• Proven leadership of people, projects, or cross-functional teams.
• Experience across multiple sites or campuses.
• Ability to plan and deliver workplace improvements.
• Experience coordinating vendors with budgets and invoices.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, and building systems.
• Strong communication, judgment, and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the regional Facilities team and drive performance.
• Set priorities, ownership, and service expectations; ensure documentation and follow-through.
• Conduct regular meetings, feedback, and planning with People Experience.
• Maintain cross-site coverage plans and continuity during growth.
• Drive ownership culture, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Identify skill gaps and elevate them to leadership.
