Responsabilidades

• Oversee general cleanliness of assigned location and cleaning team.
• Primary client contact person for the account with face-to-face interaction.
• Investigate customer complaints and communicate action plans to management.
• Complete safety audits and conduct safety training.
• Assign tasks to associates and inspect completed work for standards.
• Assist in coaching, developing and training staff for account needs.
• Responsible for timekeeping and payroll duties at the site.
• Attend and participate in regional and corporate management meetings.
• Suggest efficiency improvements and growth ideas for the account.
