Marsden Services is seeking an Area Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a client portfolio from our Spokane branch. The role emphasizes leadership, employee engagement, customer relations, growth initiatives, and safety adherence.

You will supervise cleaning and safety activities, coordinate staffing and training, and ensure service quality across accounts in your book of business. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• Experience managing front line service employees.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary client contact for assigned portfolio; maintain regular face-to-face interaction and proactively resolve issues.
• Train and support associates; ensure staffing levels and oversee training and uniforms as needed.
• Attend regional and corporate management meetings; identify efficiency improvements and growth opportunities.
• Complete safety audits and conduct safety trainings; maintain building safety standards.
