Job summary

Triple Crown Corporation is seeking a Residential Regional Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance operations, capital projects, and asset preservation for multi-family properties within the portfolio. You will provide leadership, technical expertise, and construction management support to maintain long-term value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in multi-family or mixed-use property management, construction, facilities, or capital project oversight.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve PO/invoices and vendor contracts to ensure budgets and standards.
• Maintain asset records and ensure building systems are inventoried and serviced.
• Negotiate bulk contracts for maintenance supplies with site teams.
• Plan, budget, and manage annual capital improvement programs and upgrades.
• Manage on-call schedules and provide emergency response coverage.
• Support development and mentoring to build a high-performing facilities team.
