Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in multi-family or mixed-use property management in FM or capital projects
• Construction Superintendent/PM experience preferred
• Associate/Technical degree in construction or FM preferred
• Strong building systems knowledge and preventive maintenance

Responsibilities

• Review, approve, monitor PO/invoices/vendor contracts within budgets
• Maintain asset records and ensure proper servicing of building systems
• Develop/update company-wide maintenance and facilities policies
• Plan, budget and manage annual capital improvement programs
• Manage change orders and update budgets/forecasts
• Coordinate with Regional leadership to align priorities with resident needs
• Build vendor/contractor relationships for pricing and quality
• Coach and mentor teams to foster a service-oriented culture
• Identify maintenance/safety training needs
• Manage on-call rotation and emergency coverage
• Provide technical/logistical support for complex issues
