Job summary

Triple Crown Corporation seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician in Harrisburg. You will oversee maintenance across multi-site residential properties, delegate tasks to the team, and collaborate with leasing staff to keep communities well-maintained and welcoming.

The role requires 4+ years in residential maintenance and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in property management, with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 4 years of Residential Maintenance experience.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in Property Management.
• Ability to work a rotational on-call schedule and act as primary contact for emergencies.
• OSHA/ safety awareness is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance projects and day-to-day duties of maintenance team members.
• Monitor vendor/subcontractor performance, purchase orders, invoices, and enforce standards and timelines.
• Communicate with Property Manager and office staff about major repairs and turnover status.
• Prepare apartments prior to occupancy and participate in maintenance projects as needed.
• Complete property work orders (electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, painting).
• Replace broken glass, tile, carpet, fixtures, appliances where needed.
• Coordinate pool maintenance as required.
• Lead and support professional development and performance management.
