Qualifications

• Experience in facilities services, operations, maintenance, construction, or technical services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer representative for the territory.
• Manage lifecycle of service calls and work orders from dispatch to closeout.
• Oversee 24/7 service operations and emergency requests.
• Maintain accurate work order data in CMMS and tracking systems.
• Develop, review, and submit repair proposals and cost estimates.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and ensure contract compliance.
• Develop and manage a network of subcontractors across disciplines.
• Monitor progress, vendor performance, and customer satisfaction.
