Qualifications

• 3-5 years building maintenance experience.
• Licensed Manager/Plumber with relevant state certifications.
• EPA certification, PMP and Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50% within the region to oversee facilities maintenance.
• Lead and develop a team of technicians and coordinate with store managers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, licenses, permits, and inspections.
