Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance for facilities across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians to ensure safe, efficient operations in our stores and facilities.

The role requires travel, license maintenance, collaboration with managers and vendors, plus reporting and inspections. Strong electrical/plumbing/mechanical experience, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential;

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building Maintenance experience (3–5 years optimal)
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience
• Leadership skills – motivate and develop others
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem solving with root-cause analysis

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region roughly 50% and maintain contractor licenses in the employment state
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Prepare and review reporting and analytics
