You will lead a team of technicians and collaborate with store managers and facility leadership to ensure safe, efficient operations and regulatory compliance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, EPA 608 certification within 90 days, and a state Mechanical Contractor license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years’ experience in facilities management OR 5 years’ experience in facilities management.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Mechanical Contractor License or equivalent in the state you will be working.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance for regional facilities.
• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with store managers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and permit inspections.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to uphold good standing.
• Travel ~50% within the region.
• Report and analyze facility performance.
