Job summary

ISS Facility Services – People Make Places is seeking a Senior Facility Manager to lead a large, geographically dispersed portfolio and drive operational excellence. You will own end-to-end business operations, shape service delivery strategy, and lead high-performing teams across multiple regions, delivering measurable client value.

You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and margin optimization while maintaining a safety-first culture and strong executive client

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in facilities management; 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing multi-site operations.
• Proven P&L ownership, financial planning, and cost optimization.
• Experience leading operations across multiple sites within a defined regional geography.
• Proven success in executive-level client relationship management.
• Experience leading large teams and developing leadership pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operational systems/tools.
• Strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational oversight across a regional, multi-site portfolio.
• Drive a standardized yet flexible service delivery model for diverse facility types.
• Lead workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to achieve outcomes.
• Own P&L and optimize margins while maintaining service quality.
• Manage facility resources, vendors, and service providers for excellence.
• Build executive relationships and present performance insights to clients.
• Lead a high-performance culture and continuous improvement across teams.
• Ensure HSE, risk, and quality compliance across facilities.
