Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager in the St. Louis area to oversee multiple facilities and lead a facilities management team with a focus on delivering high-quality services and client satisfaction.

The role requires 8–10 years of FM experience, including at least 3 years in a management capacity, with knowledge of leasing, construction, engineering, and CMMS/Work Order management. The position offers competitive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• 8-10 years of facility management experience with at least 3 years at Manager level.
• Experience with leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management.
• HR and performance management processes experience preferred.
• Experience with critical system environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, high rise or campus ensuring services are delivered and needs met.
• Manage service contracts cost effectively; conduct audits and ensure contract pricing.
• Lead facility management team in maintenance programs and appearance.
• Ensure staff responds promptly to client and tenant requests.
• Coordinate budgeting, reporting, and contracts for facilities.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts and business plans.
• Assist in capital budget development and five-year plans.
• Analyze data and reporting to improve cost savings and service quality.
• Recruit, train and evaluate facility staff; drive customer focus and vendor relations.
• Promote best practices and industry trend adoption to improve operations.
