• General facilities services/building maintenance experience 3–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Travel ~50% within the region to support facilities across locations.
• Lead and mentor technicians and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Work with store managers and facility leadership on service needs and compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and insurance as required.
• Report on maintenance activities and provide analytics.
