Qualifications

• 3-5 years of general facilities/maintenance experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.

• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with store managers and leadership.
• Maintain contractor licenses and ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Manage reporting and analytics on facilities performance.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors to meet facility needs.
