Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead a regional team of technicians, overseeing preventative and predictive maintenance for stores and facilities. You’ll help ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations with strong reporting and vendor coordination.

Essentially, you’ll travel regionally, maintain licenses, collaborate with leadership, and drive compliance, analytics, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3-5 years would be optimal.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills – Able to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Communication/Interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving skills – Root cause and breakdown analysis experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• PMP Certification.
• Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50%+ within the region and maintain required licenses.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Produce reports and analytics on facilities operations.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to stay compliant.
• Participate in training and site inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Obtain and schedule inspections and permits as required by codes.
