Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/ Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities within a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient operations and a high-quality environment for associates and customers.

The role requires approximately 50% regional travel, maintaining state licenses, and collaborating with Store Managers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience in facilities maintenance.
• 3-5 years of general facilities services/building maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving and root-cause analysis abilities.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Travel and manage ~50% of the time within the region.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Produce reporting and analytics for performance and compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and certifications.
• Participate in training to stay current with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Obtain permits and schedule inspections per applicable codes.
