Job summary

Walmart seeks an experienced Licensed Manager/ Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead a regional team of technicians. You will oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across facilities, ensuring safe, efficient and sustainable environments for associates and customers.

The role involves traveling within the region, maintaining contractor licenses, coordinating with store managers, vendors, and leadership, and driving reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience - 3-5 years would be optimal.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/ or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills - Able to lead, motivate, and develop others
• Communication/Interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills - root cause and breakdown analysis
• Customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region 50% or more and maintain Mechanical Contractor Licenses in the state of employment.
• Work directly with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services needs
• Coordinate with different vendors and contractors as needed
• Perform reporting and analytics
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to stay in good standing
• Participate in training to stay compliant with regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Obtain and schedule inspections and permits as mandated by codes when applicable
