Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/ Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance across a regional area. You will lead technicians, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient facilities for associates and customers.

This role requires 3–5 years in facilities services, strong leadership, and the ability to travel within the region. A competitive compensation package includes a sign-on bonus, generous health and retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Electrical/plumbing/mechanical experience required.
• 3–5 years in facilities services/building maintenance.
• Leadership skills: able to lead, motivate and develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; problem solving a must.
• EPA Universal Certification and PMP/Lean Six Sigma are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50% within the region to oversee facilities maintenance.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Prepare reports and perform analytics on facility operations.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in training programs and site inspections for quality standards.
• Obtain permits and schedule inspections as required by codes.
