Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years in general facilities services/building maintenance.
• Licensed electrician/supervisor preferred.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Travel ~50% within the region to oversee facilities needs.
• Maintain and renew mechanical, electrical, and licenses as required.
• Collaborate with store managers, vendors, and contractors for scope of work.
• Provide reporting and analytics on maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with codes and complete required inspections.
