Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead a regional team of technicians, overseeing predictive and preventative maintenance for Walmart facilities. You will work with store managers, vendors, and leadership to ensure safe, efficient operations and compliance.

The role involves significant travel within the region, maintaining licenses, and driving programmatic improvements.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building Maintenance experience, 3–5 years would be optimal.
• Experience with Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical systems.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving with root-cause and failure analysis.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50% within region and maintain Contractor Licenses in the state of employment.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Prepare reports and perform analytics on operations.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and comply with codes.
• Participate in training to stay current on regulatory requirements and inspections.
