Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead a team of technicians and oversee predictive and preventative maintenance for regional facilities. You will ensure safe, efficient building operation for associates and customers, with about 50% travel and ongoing license maintenance.

Collaborate with store managers and leadership, coordinate with vendors, and provide reporting/analytics on maintenance performance.

Qualifications

• General facilities services/building maintenance experience (3-5 years optimal).
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills – able to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem solving with root-cause and breakdown analysis.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region ~50% and maintain state contractor licenses.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when required.
• Provide reporting and analytics on maintenance activities.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to stay in good standing.
• Participate in training programs and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
