Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in New York, NY, seeks a Senior Director to oversee facilities services for a regional portfolio. You will act as the primary client contact, shape strategy, manage teams, and drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will lead vendor procurement, oversee small construction projects, and foster strong client relationships, budgets, and reporting. A Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in facilities or property management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 8 years of experience in facilities, property management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience managing a diverse team.
• Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Finance management skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of facilities services to the regional portfolio.
• Act as the primary client contact for the portfolio.
• Develop and implement the strategy and annual management plan for the portfolio.
• Lead and develop the management team and oversee facilities operations.
