Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Regional Facilities Director to oversee a regional facilities portfolio, serving as the main client contact and driving strategic plans. You will manage a team and vendors, ensure health and safety compliance, and lead cost-saving initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years in facilities or property management, plus 5 years of team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Property or Operations Management would be an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years experience in facilities, property management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience managing a diverse team.
• Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Finance management skills and experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee the regional portfolio’s facilities services.
• Act as primary client contact and develop strategic plans.
• Manage budgets and identify efficiencies.
• Lead moves, adds, and changes and oversee small construction projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure contract compliance.
• Prepare portfolio management reports and drive cost-saving initiatives.
