Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an experienced facilities leader to oversee a diverse portfolio in the United States. You will manage service delivery, vendor performance, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with clients and internal teams to drive efficiency and reliability across properties.

In this role you will lead a team, engage landlords and tenants, and deliver KPI-driven reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities for large portfolios.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional groups.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of facilities services to the assigned portfolio in accordance with policies and contract scope.
• Act as a primary escalation point for the local client in the region.
• Ensure vendors meet service delivery standards and manage scope changes.
• Adhere to preventative maintenance to ensure reliability across the portfolio.
• Develop and implement programs to reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
• Drive initiatives and provide portfolio management reporting to senior management.
