Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Regional Facilities Director to lead facilities services for a New York regional portfolio. You will manage a team and vendors, drive cost efficiencies, and maintain health and safety standards while delivering excellent client service.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 8 years in facilities/property management, and 5+ years of managing diverse teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of facilities or property management experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of facilities services for regional portfolio.
• Act as primary client contact and develop strategic plans.
• Manage team performance and vendor performance; ensure health & safety compliance.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and manage budgets.
• Lead moves, adds, changes and small construction projects as required.
• Develop client relationships and deliver KPIs and reports.
