Job summary

AHC Hospitality is seeking a Regional Director of F&B Operations in Grand Rapids to lead hotel F&B and restaurant operations under multi-venue management. You will oversee cost controls, quality standards, and profitability while developing teams and elevating guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in large-scale dining, banquet operations, and multi-property leadership, with a focus on servant leadership and innovation within the brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Hospitality or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 10 years in a high-volume, multi-unit hospitality environment.
• Director of F&B or Outlet Director experience preferred.
• ServSafe Manager certification with ongoing renewal required.
• Strong math, budgeting, and P&L understanding.
• Experience with AI optimization in F&B is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee F&B operations across multiple outlets and ensure cost/quality standards.
• Lead staffing, training, and development for F&B teams.
• Collaborate with VP of F&B on monthly reports and promotions.
• Drive guest satisfaction and financial profitability across properties.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Contribute to internal F&B communications and training tools.
• Uphold professional brand image and attendance guidelines.
• Step into hands-on operations during staff shortages or owner requests.
