Job summary

AHC Hospitality is seeking a Regional Director of F&B Operations to lead and optimize hotel F&B and restaurant operations across multiple properties in Grand Rapids. You will ensure cost and quality standards, drive profitability, and develop leaders across our managed venues.

You will collaborate with the VP of F&B and the Leadership Team to shape strategic vision, set priorities, and implement promotions that elevate guest experiences while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hotel/hospitality, plus 10 years of related experience.
• 10+ years of proven success in a high-volume, multi-unit restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Previous experience as a Director of Food & Beverage or Outlet Director in a complex, large-scale hotel is preferred.
• Must maintain ServSafe Manager, TIPS, and allergen certifications within their expiration guidelines.
• Strong mathematical skills, including budgeting, profit/loss concepts, variances, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support managed F&B operations across hotel outlets.
• Ensure cost and quality standards, maximizing profitability.
• Develop and retain employees; manage staffing and training.
• Collaborate with VP of F&B and Leadership Team on strategy and reporting.
• Provide hands-on operational support when needed.
