The Gilmore Collection in Grand Rapids is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to ensure operational excellence and outstanding guest experiences. The successful candidate will lead the team with integrity, overseeing daily operations, team management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

The ideal applicant has at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry. A flexible schedule is required for this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to train teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service and high quality.
• Lead and manage both hourly and management staff.
• Ensure exceptional service and promptly address guest feedback.
• Manage inventory to ensure proper stock levels and control costs.
• Assist General Manager in achieving financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
