Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Coordinator to schedule Production Center Technical Specialists across regions, ensuring timely, cost-efficient workforce planning and high service levels. You will work with Project Managers, Producers, and management to align staffing with events and regional needs.

Responsibilities include advance scheduling, worker allocation, and coordination with labor brokers and internal teams to optimize labor costs and service quality.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of labor management experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills required, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule upcoming high skilled workforce needs with Project Managers and venue locations.
• Obtain scheduling information in advance of events per SOPs and scheduling systems.
• Schedule Technical Specialists 4-6 weeks ahead, prioritizing core disciplines with 85%+ hours in operator roles.
• Collaborate with Production Workforce Coordinators to deploy Specialists outside home markets as needed.
• Assess labor requirements and reduce reliance on labor brokers by matching skills to needs.
