• 1+ years’ experience in automotive or electrical industries.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, TEAMS).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electric vehicles at the component/system level.
• Represent Orange EV in a professional manner.
• Use Remote Monitoring System and service records to plan and prioritize repairs.
• Record all service activity accurately in the service records system.
• Coordinate with customers and third-party service providers to optimize repairs.
• Collaborate with site managers/technicians on charging infrastructure logistics.
• Evaluate conversion vehicle candidates and prepare condition reports.
• Provide training to operators and assist in sales/support activities.
• Travel as required for training and to meet service goals.
