Job summary

Orange EV is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and service planning for local Orange EV vehicles. You will analyze Remote Monitoring System data, record activities, and coordinate with customers and third-party providers to ensure optimal performance.

The role requires 1+ year experience in automotive or electrical fields, strong analytical and customer service skills, and ability to lift up to 75-100 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; related technical degree preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in automotive or electrical industries.
• Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word, and TEAMS.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles and components in the field.
• Represent Orange EV professionally with customers and third parties.
• Use Remote Monitoring System data to plan service activities and identify issues.
• Accurately record service activities in the service record-keeping system.
• Coordinate with customers and service providers to expedite repairs.
• Collaborate with site manager and electrician on charging infrastructure logistics.
• Prepare reports on vehicle condition and service recommendations.
• Support sales and marketing with technical insights and field upgrades.
• Travel for initial training and to meet service goals.
