Qualifications

• At least six years of environmental experience with an associate degree; four years with a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement environmental activities in assigned regions to ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Assist in developing company environmental policies and procedures; communicate deviations.
• Provide training and guidance on environmental requirements; assist in creating training materials.
• Support during releases or discharges of regulated substances; notify agencies and coordinate cleanup and follow-up reports.
• Promote safe work practices (see something, say something, do something) to protect staff and the public.
• Maintain environmental documents and records; conduct reviews of disposal contractors and manage contracts.
