Qualifications

• 4+ years of related engineering experience with ABET-accredited degree
• ABET Engineering Accreditation Commission recognition
• PE license encouraged or preferred
• Alternate path: non-ABET with Master's/PhD in engineering from ABET-accredited program

Responsibilities

• Perform advance engineering work and projects applying engineering knowledge to meet objectives safely and efficiently.
• Assist higher-level engineers on well-defined parts of complex problems and analyses.
• Coordinate work activities of others to resolve routine engineering tasks
• Provide input to routine project planning documents and scheduling; understand CPM, PERT, flow charts for budgets
• Prepare cost estimates using established standards; develop understanding of workflow for routine projects
• Actively seek information and understanding of engineering problems; apply basic analysis techniques
• Communicate effectively in writing and orally; prepare reports and technical papers
• Network with peers; develop constructive working relationships and teamwork
• Make routine decisions under supervision; contribute to team decisions
• Demonstrate business awareness and customer-focused mindset
