Origami Risk is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in the United States to lead a front-line team selling integrated risk management SaaS products. You will report to the VP of Sales and drive a sustainable pipeline while coaching high-performing sales executives to exceed targets.

The role requires MEDDPICC expertise, strong Salesforce and DemandBase analytics, and collaboration with Marketing and Product. Remote-friendly, travel up to 25%, and proximity to Chicago are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of sales management experience.
• 5+ years of direct sales experience.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or equivalent.
• Excellent coaching skills with ability to observe and provide feedback.
• Strong data analytics using Salesforce and related tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Remote work allowed, proximity to Chicago preferred.
• Up to 25% travel.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of experienced Sales Executives to meet annual sales targets.
• Manage pipeline development and territory plans for team members.
• Coach and oversee sales executives to ensure productivity and adherence to the sales process.
• Ensure CRM usage and cross-department collaboration with Product, Legal, Recruiting, HR, Finance and Professional Services.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Marketing to align marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.
• Assess strengths/weaknesses of the team and manage the sales program accordingly.
• Develop and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline of prospective customers.
• Act as SME on market competition and implement winning tactics.
• Assist in hiring and interviewing Sales representatives.
