Martin Marietta is seeking a Regional Manager, Engineering based in Carmel, IN. The role provides overall project management support for complex capital projects across the Mid-America Region, including multiple states.

You will lead a team of engineers, coordinate with site, regional, and corporate managers, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The position requires strong project management, procurement liaison, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project design, estimation and field construction for aggregate plant improvements and capital projects.
• Oversee trucking/river yard operations, quarries, underground mines, and sand and gravel facilities.
• Develop scope, budgets, bids, and concepts; manage large, complex capital projects through lifecycle.
