Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Mining Engineering or Construction Management.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Competency in operation processes and change management.
• Experience analyzing aggregate operational performance data.
• Experience designing Tableau KPI reports for performance evaluation.
• Experience modeling limestone and sand/gravel processing with AggFlow preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects across sites within the division.
• Lead teams to improve processes for operational excellence.
• Analyze data, records, and equipment histories for accurate tracking.
• Troubleshoot problems and implement root-cause actions.
• Present audit findings to management and suggest improvements.
• Create dashboards and reporting analytics for operations.
