Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining, civil, construction, or mechanical engineering; MBA and PE license a plus
• 7+ years of aggregates processing or project management experience
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
• Strong AutoCAD experience and familiarity with plant design and capital projects

Responsibilities

• Manage design, estimation and field construction for aggregate plants and related facilities
• Oversee region-wide capital projects and guide direct reports
• Develop scope, budgets, and bid documents for projects across life-cycle
• Coordinate with Site/Region/Division/Corporate managers on project status
• Ensure safety, environmental and regulatory compliance on all projects
• Maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
• Collaborate with Safety and Procurement teams to align standards and vendors
• Monitor project budgets and schedules; report progress and issues
• Support design-build or EPC-style project execution as needed
