Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. seeks a Regional Manager, Engineering in Carmel, IN to provide overall project management support and lead complex capital projects for aggregate operations in the Mid-America Region.

You will manage design, estimation, field construction, and coordinate with multiple management levels to ensure scope, budgets and schedules are met. The role demands senior-level engineering expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining, civil, construction, or mechanical engineering.
• 7+ years in aggregates processing or project management preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Experience with capital construction projects in underground mining is desirable.
• AutoCAD proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, estimation and field construction for aggregate plant improvements and installations.
• Oversee region-wide capital projects and guide direct reports or peers.
• Develop scope, budgets, concepts and bid documents for engineering projects.
• Coordinate with Site, Area, District, Region, Division and Corporate managers on project status.
• Ensure safety, regulatory and policy compliance across projects.
• Collaborate with Safety and Procurement to align vendors and standards.
