New River Electrical Corporation seeks a proven Regional Manager to lead and influence highly complex projects across a regional territory. You will supervise project teams, provide SME guidance on craft decisions, and drive business development and bidding strategies while maintaining safety and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of construction PM experience in a complex environment
• Without bachelor’s: 8+ years field experience with 3+ years supervision and 12+ years PM
• Without bachelor’s: 8+ years field experience with 5+ years supervision and 10+ years PM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership, motivation, vision and direction

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with new and existing customers within the region.
• Review RFP opportunities and manage bidding strategy and pricing.
• Own accuracy of take-offs and pricing for bids in response to RFPs.
• Provide SME guidance to Project Management teams on craft-related decisions.
• Manage selection and training of superintendents and foremen; oversee safety and reporting.
• Oversee project initiation plans, schedules, cash flow, materials, and safety plans.
• Ensure jobsite safety audits and compliant planning documentation.
• Develop training for crews and supervision to improve processes.
• Manage subcontractor relationships to meet schedule, scope, and safety expectations.
• Communicate project information to stakeholders; resolve scope changes and risks.
• Manage project costs, cash flows, and revenue vs expenses monthly.
• Prepare and monitor project estimates, bids, and overall financial performance.
• Demonstrate strong ethics and uphold company culture and values.
• Travel for the position is required with overnight stays.
