Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Regional Engineering Supervisor to support the Senior Engineering Manager by guiding the Engineering Studies and Protection and Controls teams. The role leads engineers, coordinates with service centers and sales, and drives project execution, pricing feedback, and backlog management.

25% travel is expected. The successful candidate will have a technical degree, a deep Vertiv product knowledge base, and demonstrated leadership and communication skills to manage regional

• 10 years of Vertiv product knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Engineers focused on professional engineering services.
• Drive pipeline growth with Service Center Managers and Sales.
• Forecasting accuracy and timely invoicing coordination.
• Mentor team members and provide learning opportunities.
• Communicate financials, project status and regional needs to stakeholders.
• Ensure proper training and tools for the team.
