Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams across multiple plants to optimize performance.
• Manage annual capital budget up to $50MM and align with strategic objectives.
• Identify M&E process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership for production technologies and reliable equipment operation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and industry standards across locations.
• Develop leaders, coach teams, and promote a safe, high-performance culture.
