Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher in engineering or related field with sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record in engineering projects or technical sales.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development for Applications & Engineered Projects Hub.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and industry teams to craft customer solutions.
- Manage pursuits using CRM and enablement tools; track KPIs and OKRs.
- Drive customer value through technical leadership and market insights.
