Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and grow the customer base.
• Present products and services with compelling demonstrations and pitches.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals.
• Close sales and meet or exceed targets through understanding customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Deliver excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
