Job summary

You will lead a sales team, develop revenue strategies, train staff, and analyze market trends to improve performance. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage budgets and customer relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 6–10 years of sales experience required, utility experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, motivation and training to the sales team to meet targets.
• Develop strategies to drive sales growth and revenue in the territory.
• Track sales metrics and generate performance reports.
