Job summary

NSI Industries is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Bayou District (S. TX, LA, MS). The role is remote with travel to cover Houston, Texas and nearby markets, reporting to the Regional VP of Sales.

You will drive the regional sales strategy, support the distributor network, and work closely with Manufacturer’s Representatives to grow revenue. The position requires 5-7 years of sales experience in the electrical industry and proven ability to build relationships across levels.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years sales experience in the Electrical or related industry.
• Experience as regional or territory sales manager.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support NSI Industries' relationships with electrical distribution partners in the assigned territory.
• Lead development of market share in the region using proven sales techniques.
• Strategic account planning and execution with our agent network.
