Job summary

Eaton’s Northeast Regional Project Manager role focuses on directing the execution of maintenance, retrofit, startup and commissioning projects across the DOCs. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and formal communications with stakeholders to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery.

Travel up to 50% within the United States is expected, with a hybrid work arrangement. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in electrical/construction project leadership are required, along

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years leading electrical, construction, or industrial projects.
• Minimum 3 years technical experience in electrical installation, design, services, or construction.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Willing to reside within 50 miles of the listed location and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Direct execution of preventive maintenance, retrofit, startup and commissioning projects.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, resources, and risk to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Coordinate with District Operations Centers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide financial oversight through cost control, change orders, and risk mitigation.
• Travel within the United States up to 50% and on-site presence as needed.
